SPV did not boot !

Please give me your advise.

My 2 month-old Orange SPV,unlock sim as well as application signning,woking well before.

After over night power off without removing sim card.It cannot switch on again.Only sunset screen of Orange is sustainly diaplayed,no futher booting or home screen then.Have to take batter off for power down.

I'm trying to do hard reset but only 3-color bars of canary screen can be displayed without further boot loader screen.

Please give me advise for this.Thanks for your kindness.

With a hard reset make sure the storage card is in place as it slows the process down.

After pressing the recordpowerbutton the phone will startup then show card found.

Next it will show Press any key to enter bootloader, press and hold the action button for about two seconds.

this will then take you to the bootloader screen.

until you are used to it, this can take a few attempts so don't worry if you can't do it first time.

Still got stuck at 3-color bar canary screen after "press any key to enter bootloader" appeared and action key below the screen was pressed.

Trying to repeat the steps many time but stuck at same point.No bootloader screen appeared at all.

What should I do then before take it to Orange dealer?

Keep trying :lol: Seriously it can take quite a few attempts to do.

Like I said make sure the Storage card is in the phone as thi does help.

Also don't forget to press and hold the action button, normally it's two seconds

but try longer and see what happens.
