Hi, New to SPV, but great phone.

Can anyone help please. Whenever I try to check my credits using the *#1345# I keep getting Info Failed. The same happens with any info line.

I have an unlocked SPV on a pay as you go vodaphone sim.

Hi there, yep same as you vodafone payg, tried to set up speed dial for *#1345# kept failing but have to dial everytime and have no problem
