Where can I get SPV SIM free in the UK?

Hi,

I've just been out shopping trying to buy an SPV. I want it SIM free so that I can put an Orange Pay As You Go SIM card in the phone, and I don't have to worry about running up huge bills on Pay Monthly. Unfortunately the only store to sell the phone SIM free was The Link, and they are permanently out of stock (they're waiting for the SPVx now). So how can I buy an SPV SIM free?

If any of you know how I can get one, or have a suggestion on a good way to get it, then please let me know. I live in the UK, but will order from abroad over the internet if necessary. I'm open to any suggestions, but I don't want to get it second hand.

Also, if anyone has any doubts that there may be problems with using the SPV on PAYG, then please could you let me know.

And it doesn't have to be the Orange SPV. If there are any other smartphones I could get, that will work in the UK, then I'm open to suggestions on them.
