Sending email via your PC

I have got remote display on my work pc and require to

send emails.

but because i have my phone sync'd (even though inbox e.t.c has been

disabled) i keep gettin an error message sayin that my phone

is sync'd and to check my settings.

what do i need to do to enable me to compose and send my

emails successfully
