Guest lduck Posted June 24, 2003 Report Posted June 24, 2003 Hello! Can you tell me how to set a "shortcut key" ? Does it only contact with the database: speed.db? And which property show the value of this shortkey's indication? Thanks!
Guest fraser Posted June 25, 2003 Report Posted June 25, 2003 You can select a short cut in the startmenu (e.g. Inbox, Settings etc) and press the right softkey. "Add speed dial" is what you want. You can do the same in contacts, but I use the speed dials to fire up DivX, Inbox, IE, Settings etc. Here's a list of what I use (and why): 1 Voice mail (can't change) 2 Speaking Clock 3 Inbox (Email) 4 Internet Explorer 5 Tasks (above the T) 6 Windows Media 7 Settings 8 Task Manager 9 DivX No need in using it for contacts, just type the letters of their name instead from the homescreen. Works better. Shortcuts only work on the homescreen, BTW.
Guest madu Posted June 25, 2003 Report Posted June 25, 2003 I assume this is in development because you want your app to automatically assign stuff to shortcut keys, right?
Guest lduck Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 What i want is the method in program, not the user's application.
