Unlocking Nokia 8210?

Hi,

I'm going to take the plunge and paint my SPV this weekend, leaving plenty time between coats...so I need a temp phone! My Brother n law has an 8210, but thinks it's locked to Orange. Does anyone know if it's possible to unlock using a PC and Data cable, which I already have? If so, can you point me in the right direction for the software, as there is just so much crap floating about re unlocking nokias!

Mate, you can do it with an fbus lead and software called eeprom tools (or nokia tools), google it...

However, if you go to some of the nokia forums, guys will do it for free, you send them your phone spec and they'll send you the unlocking code.

If you've got the lead, it might be worth trying that first.
