Ringtones

im probably being thick but any answers are appreciated. ive tried settones and the registry tip to try to get a ringtone to play off of my sd card but it always reverts back to the default for the phone.

my ringtone is in a folder on my sd card this is the path i typed in the registry editor

storage cardringtonesclocks.wav

it wont use it as a ring tone. if anyone can point me in the right direction ill be chuffed

There is a french program out - that will do the "tweak" for ya! Even though it's french - it's quite easy to use! Check out the software section for it!

Or maybe you need to type "Storage Cardringtonesclocks.wav" with the "'s!??

tried using the " at the beginning and end no difference and what is that french program you were on about i cant find it anywhere?
