HELP!!! - my SPV has gone wrong

I woke up this morning and when i swiched my phone on my home page was wrong, so i set it back then realised that all of my settings had been re-set to defaults, my phone had application re-locked itself, and my orange keyboard was not being recognised even though the program was still there (note: even though it was reset to defaults). My guess is that my phone has re-installed itself ontop of itself as there is two of every default contact (e.g. answer phone),

Can anyone help me, i don't know what to do to get it back to normal ! :)
