closing programs

hi does any body know how to close programs on the spv with out shuting down and restrating, i remeber seeing a topic on the other day about this but i cant find it, thankx

Well, I think it's auto-managed by the OS. But not 100% sure of that...

If you use All-Explorer and navigate to Windows folder you can find a file ther 'endprocess.exe'

When you run it - nothing happens (i think).

Maybe it must be run in some sequence, like for example:

endprocess.exe "wmplayer.exe" or

endprocess.exe /[somefunction] "wmplayer.exe"

can't be bothered to check it out, but you could create a link in start menu that does the above thing.

Now then, time to push this topic up the list once again!! Now that we can even run unsigned apps on SPV maybe there is a possibility to sort the task management issue out?!

mytools is supposed to let you do this... but the french forum reckoned that now that it was getting onto a number of mobiles it had some bugs that the author was fixing... so might want to wait a little before jumping in with that....
