Software not loading on unlocked SPV

Hi All,

I have unlocked SPV and have loaded many types of software/games BUT for some reason phone will not except anymore (loads of memory left)....loading process goes through AOK and software on pc says successfully loaded etc ....look on the phone and initially looks as if going to load but stops.... no software loaded.......totally stumped.......

I did previously tried to load a game which wasnt compatible (by mistake) and don't know if damaged any files....please help

delete all files in IPSMWindowssAppMgrInstall (only seen from phone explorer, NOT ASync)
