pocket tv help

i have been looking around the site for the link to the templates for the pocket tv decoder, but can't find it, anyone help, also in the guide to converting it says to put them in the sub folder, is that the one at the load button, also the templates come as a zip, do i unzip and drag and drop them or just put the zip in there, i did it before buy unziping first but when i try to convert it says cannot load . any help would be nice,
