Urgent help please

I know nothing on the developers side ofmy SPV and I've searched this site as best I can to sort this problem out but to no avail...

Yesterday night I turned my Orange SPV off and charged it, today and since (it's not almost 10pm) My phone won't get past the orange, sunrise/sunset screen. I've tried the Hard rest I was told, taking the battery out for hours, leaving it on for hours, nothing has worked, please help me as I am at my wits end, sorry if this is a simple solution to you experts, but I need help please... well if a hard reset does not work then i think you need a replacement... sounds bad. try a hard reset again.. :) how long have you left it on the sun screen?

I had same problem few weeks ago. Tried several hard resets to no avail.

After searching forum I tried downloading latest update from O. Again didn't work. :cry: :cry:

I eventually fixed it by doing a complete restore from a full back up on an SD card. :) ;)

Try downloading and installing the latest software update from O. If that doesn't work and you do not have a full back up on SD/MMC card your quickest option is probably to visit an O shop, tell them you have had problems installing the latest update and they can flash the rom from a memory card kept at the store.

I know LOTS of ppl with SPV's, I've heard about 3 that had this problem ... all you can do is get it swapped ...
