Right, install done and i'm off home, will post an update later.

First point to note:

BOOT LOADER v1.07.4M

which looks very similar to 0.99, except it has the 'SAVE IPSM' option BACK IN IT!

Right, i'm on the bus, so a quick mobile update.

- Latest release for HTC devices so far, will post versions later!

- Very quick, very lean. No Action Engine software, no picture and sound manager, IA Album IS in ROM!

- No T9 dictionary by default, seperate install for English and Arabic support.

- FULLY WORKING SMS COUNTER!

For me, this is definitely my update of choice atm.

Fast, lean - none of the Action Engine stuff I don't use anyway, and great features - IA Album and a proper SMS counter at last!

Now to install T9 - yes - i've written all this in multi-tap!

I have installed the update too on my SAP and just like Paul says, it is fast and lean.

although i have figured something on the accessories folder group.. there is a Authentication program and CSD Type.

Does anyone knows whats this for?

Bottomline im gonna have this ROM for a while. :)

Authentification is to do with your carriers GPRS type, i believe some Italian mobile operators use the older "PAP" authentification, while most other networks use "CHAP" auth. Basically you shouldn't need to worry about it.

There are two settings with a few different options....

Data Rate:

9600 bps(v.32)

9600 bps(v.110)

9600 bps(v.34)

9600 bps(v.120)

Connection element:

Non-transparent

Transparent
