T-Mobile - cannot send/receive e-mail or connect ot internet

Is your t-mobile connected smartphone stuck on "dialing', but you can make phone calls just fine? Have you connected to e-mail/internet before (configuations set right), but it just isn't going anywhere now?

I had this problem. I called the t-mobile 2nd level tech support (the only ones who know anything) and the guy reset my data connection on his end. Apparently, my conneciton had gotten stuck. I did a soft boot and tried a few minutes later, and it worked like a charm.
