Why not fixed?

I know I'll get told to wait for the UK update :) , but in any of the other 1.5 Roms I've tried, two annoying things STILL havn't been resolved :evil:

1) After an incoming call is received, with the keylock on, it STILL doesn't go back to the homescreen, and leaves the callers name splashed across the screen.

2) If you have an unread SMS, you STILL don't get alerted if a new one arrives.

I know I sound like I'm moaning, but I can't believe that after almost 9 months, and various updates, these have not been addressed :?:

Maybe the inevitable rush to finish the spv2 will mean that these problems get sorted out faster and the results filter down to our lowly spv1's? There'd be little point in releasing the next version with known bugs from the previous version :roll:

I know, sooooo annoying! Why won't orange/MS pull their finger out and get it sorted! It can't be that hard to program it!
