Thanks to Lifestream for the 8380 manual.

Here's some screenshots from the 8380.

Some interesting things are, that it has a "Midi Player", and it has "Phone Viewer" which seems to be some software for adding templates and borders to pictures, probably to liven up MMS pictures.

As you would expect, it has a new program for picture taking, which seems to have a built in brightness control on the main screen :) Also, it has a different "thumbnail viewer" for browsing to the pictures you want.
