Phone won't turn on ??

Help please !

Each time i turn my phone on, it just stays on the 'Sunset' screen and freezes there.

Any ideas please.

This has been reported a few times before so you're not alone.

Ok you have two possible options,

first it to try a hard reset

and second is you may have to return the phone to Orange for repair :)

Also have you done any updates etc?

Yes, i did do the update.

Could you point me in the right direction for a hard reset please ?
