Question, lazy or some other reason

Now we have all been discussing the phone it's merits and not so hot features. Soem of you have even been in the phone for an explore and customisation, myself included.

On one of my many trips through the phone I thought I'd pull off all the graphics files used to see if I fancied changing anything. So I'm looking through the files and I see these;

Now is it me or is this phone not capable of having a stylus? If that's the case (MS, Orange or HTC feel free to step in here) why the hell are you wasting our valuable phone memory and storage space with graphics we are never gonna see.

Makes me wonder how much other crap is embedded in our phone OS that will never be used and is taking up valuable space.

Now if I have this wrong someone please put me straight. :evil:

What are you saying... crap we don't need, in a Micro$oft operating system. I think you are clearly mistaken.

Why just the other day I was reading reviews of M$ operating systems and they were commenting on how trim and efficient the whole thing was.

Yeah, I'm sure it was in the same document where they were explaining that Windows had a lower Total Cost of Ownership than Linux.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not a total M$ basher. After all Windows 2000 is a good solid piece of kit and I personally LOVE SQL Server
