New : Email failure with BTConnect

Please help - I cannot get my btconnect email onto my SPV. It connects but will not download my incoming mail.

The reason is that the SPV looks for a unique identifier and can't get it from the BT server. I have tried npop but Orange won't authorise it with a digital certificate. Orange are looking into it but it has been three months so far.

Any help appreciated.
