Guest Chris b.a.r.f. Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 What's to do? Somehow, the T9 on my SPV has called it a day where the learning of words is concerned. A hard reset hasn't helped, any ideas why? I really can't be bothered reinstalling the whole DK2 update again. I really am getting sick of this phone. Of course, I could take it back to Orange, but no such thing as Orange Care here in DK, unlikely there'd be a replacement phone; I'd probably have to wait a while for them to sort it. Any danes reading this that have any idea how long it takes Orange to sort these things? Or do they offer an immediate replacement?
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Its a shame to hear about your problems Chris :) My T9 is still random about remembering words post-UK1 update, other than that though i'm really happy with the phone. With all the mods, tweaks and applicaiotns available now its very versatile. Again, sorry to hear of the problems you're having. On an unrelated note, i saw you mention that you cant make it to the meet?
Guest TSCRYPTO Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 (another fine tune from wattie and co.) :)

Symbian? Forget it. Thing is, the MP3 player's *essential* for me which really leaves only a return to the SL45i as an alternative... On an unrelated note, i saw you mention that you cant make it to the meet? Aye, more's the pity :D I contemplated cancelling my debauch that weekend and riding over, but I've comprehensively knackered my GSX-R400's motor yesterday (see post in OT Chat) so that's more-or-less out of the question now  I tried to sell my SPV the other week, but got no decent offers. In a way I'm glad - this board (and those that take part, of course) really is one of the reasons I'm keeping my SPV for the moment - the camaraderie here is something I've rarely experienced anywhere else on the net. Cheers lads and ladies :)

Guest TSCRYPTO Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 LOL... City Baby Attacked by Rats City Baby's Revenge Leather, Bristles, no survivors and sick boys. 3 Great albums! :)
Guest Chris b.a.r.f. Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Aye, dead right m8. City Baby Attacked By Rats is still played regularly here at Chris's - but GBH still went a bit too "metal" in the end, in an Exploited stylee. Something went wrong when they dropped the "Charged" bit of the name....
