Guest madu Posted March 24, 2003 Report Posted March 24, 2003 Don't know if I am in line for a hard reset (as with all MS platforms that need a format once in a while...) but I noticed that IA Album is very slow - especially on start. I know it is quite heavy on resource (cannot beleive that there is no 'exit') and it needs to load 'things' and photos and initialise camera (if camera part of app used) but for me it is too slow. By the time it is ready to take a picture - there is nothing/noone to photograph anymore - damn useless :?
Guest v_patel1 Posted March 24, 2003 Report Posted March 24, 2003 yeh i argee, it would be be if someone made an app like this tht wood run faster
Guest yatpeak Posted March 25, 2003 Report Posted March 25, 2003 I don't find it particularly slow, but I haven't used it for a while, I might try it again tonight. Wyatt
Guest casper508 Posted March 25, 2003 Report Posted March 25, 2003 Its one of those things, "Cant live with it, cant live without it". Well atleast in my case. Ive taken over a 1000 pics since I got the SPV. The speed, well it wasnt any fast to start with and with the clock going around for another 5 odd seconds after taking the pic, Im never too sure when to move. But the picture quality beats most camera phones out there thats for sure. I dont think any kind of software can make a huge difference to the performance. After all it IS a serial interface. Cas
