they are in start menu originally. Have a look around. They are crap though. you cannot scroll right. Can only ADD, DELETE and Check/Uncheck task. No edit. You only see part of text.

Think i played too much, might have to do one of these 'hard resets!'

you might have just deleted it from start menu. find it in windows folder and link to it.

Linked to it, click the shortcut, nothing happens.. (is there extended syntax?)

Open notepad. Paste this. And save it as a link:
