What languages are the above in, trying to add to my FAQ.. and theme generator app.

The web pages in pocket IE. They can only be in 3 encoding formats (in options). I need Cyrillc encoding availible too (i want to read my home newspaper, lol). Are there any files that can be copied over to sort that out??
