"?" in my home screen apps list

Why do I get a "?" instead of an icon for some programs on my home screen? Is there anyway to force the icon?

I got this when I rearranged my start menu and put some shortcuts into new folders.

Sorry, don't know if there is a solution other than putting the start menu back to the way it was.

You can rearrange the default MRU icons in the registry. See the tweaks thread in Articles forum/
