Application Unlock for OS version 1.5

I updated the version to swiss version (1.5) and my phone is locked (Application Lock). I tried the same method to unlock it but it didn't work.

Any body please advice me how to do it.

I'm not using Orange UK so i couldn't get OTA unlock. I;m using Orange Thai

You don't need to be on Orange UK, have a look in the sticky in this section.
