PROBLEM: CAN'T DELETE OUTGOING SMS IN OUTBOX

I have an outgoing SMS saved in my outbox which I can't open and delete. Tried reseting my phone, turning it on and off and removing the battery but unsuccessful. Please help. Thanks. Lhei.

Have you tried using SMS Tools?? It'll delete all messages in your Inbox and/or Sent Items in one go and therefore might be worth a look...

called our local provider and solved my problem. i did the following:

1. Active sync

2. Explore

3. Then go the IPSM folder

4. rename the cemail.vol file

5. restarted my phone

6. phone creates a new cemail.vol file

Note: this will erase all previous messages because it'll give you a "brand new" inbox, outbox, sent items, etc ...

if you now go to Show Folders it's everything fine or do you have all folders duplicated?
