answer phone

Even though i have listened to, and deleted my answer phone messages. i still have the tape symbol on the screen. i cant get rid of it. any ideas?

This is caused by ending the call too early, when you listen to the message then deleted it

make sure you hear the deleteion conformation, wait a few seconds then end the call.

To fix the problem you now have you can either leave yourself another message or ask Orange to

reset the answerphone for you.

This is a network problem and not a phone one.
