As far as I know Windows Pocket PC and Windows Smartphone are different operating systems. They are similar, but not identical, so conversion should be relatively simple. Even if they did run without conversion you wouldn't be able to do much since Smartphone doesn't have a touch screen.

Are you telling me that SPV's from switzerland dont need certifactes to install software?

I would like to know with interest if it is possible to install Smartphone2002 softwares on the Neonode N1? The Neonode run on WindowsCE (same kernel that for smartphone2002) and he uses a same screen size: 176x220 pixels... So should be possible?
