How to explore SD card?

i cant seem to explore the SD card on my smartphone.

when i click the explore button on activesync from my pc, a window appears to explore the phone but only the following folders appear :

Databases

IPSM

Temp

Windows

Then under IPSM, only the following folders appear :

Application Data

ConnMgr

FileToBeDeleted

MAPI

My Documents

Program Files

Windows

from what i understand, the Storage Card folder should appear above.

i also tried exploring using smart explorer on the phone but i can't find

it.

please help. :)

What type of card is it?

Is it properly formatted?

Have you tried removing then replacing the card?
