Where has "Old" SPV gone ? Replacement Policy ?

Not been here for a while but hopefully you guys can answer me this Q.

I notice original SPV is now no more on the Orange site replaced by E100. Does anyone know what happens in terms of replacement under Orange care if my SPV is damaged, stolen etc. ? What handset would I receive by way of replacemnt if this happened ?

you're bound to get an SPV, they'l have refurbs and surplus stock kicking around
