As usual, there will be food, drink and freebies... :) Full details are now shown below. Attendance will be limited to ~60 members. If the event is over subscribed, MoDaCo Plus members will be given priority. If there are more than 60 MoDaCo Plus members that want to attend, places will be allocated in order of joining ;) Venue and timings Time: 14.00 - 18.00 Date: Saturday 30 August Location: Orange Studios, Cannon Street, Birmingham. B2 5EP. UK Travel Full venue details can be found at www.orangestudio.co.uk. We recommend that those travelling by train to book at least a week in advance in order to get discounts. Numbers you can try are: - The National Rail Enquiry Line - 08457 48 49 50 - Centro - 0121 200 2787 Alternatively you can visit the website www.thetrainline.com. Accommodation Hotels nearby that often give a discount to people attending Orange Studio events include: - Malmaison - 0121 246 5000- which is an upmarket hotel - Days Inn - 0121 643 9344 - is a basic but good standard hotel Both of these are about a 5-10 minute walk from Orange Studios, and are based in the Mailbox which has restaurants, bars and shops including Harvey Nichols, and is also by the canals so its a good place to spend the evening. Other hotel options include: The Burlington - 0121 643 9191 - is in the city centre and approximatly two minutes away from both the station and the Orange Studios. Hopefully it won't be another London meet where I get stuck in traffic for 4 hours and arrive as everyone leaves! :evil:

I've a feeling that 60 places will be hotly contested, now that we are past the 10k member limit :) ... that modaco plus subscription gets more and more handy every day!
