Phone has un-de-certed it's self!

I turned my phone on this morning to be greeted with the standard layout on the home screen, and the camper van background, not the home screen I had selected previously. WTF ? I thought to my self, then I opened the programs menu, to find that all the links had been reset and the everything had been moved around.

Next I tried running an aftermarket app I already had installed on the phone, and as i feared it said a message a signing.

So I went to the Orange page that you use to de-cert the phone (which I used originally when my SPV arrived approx 1 month ago) I went through the process of entering all the info, same as before, and it said I should have the phone decerted within about 5 mins... well a couple of hours passed and nothing had come up, so I went onto the site and entered the info again, that was @ about 2pm Monday, its now just gone 12 and still nothing :)

What the heck is going on?

And why did my phone un-de-cert it's self ? I have not installed any apps for a few days, and the phone had been turned off a couple of time since... dunno what's goin on ?!? :roll:

Random resets have been known to happen, usually due to registry corruption and it being rebuilt on the next boot. Not a lot you can do about it unfortunately.

As for OTA, try locking your phone again, then unlocking. Make sure you have an open GPRS session on your phone when you do.
