Help! Can't send or receive MMS

please help. i'm a new user of sap and i can't send or receive mms.

i already tried sending GPRS ON and MMS ON to 333 to activate

the service but it still doesn't work.

try calling the smart customer service (*888) and have your mms activate.

pls countercheck MMS settings.And retry after checking all settings.

what error are you experiencing?

but it fails and displays

Transfer failed

the file you attached was also a big help. i followed the instructions on

configuring the gprs and mms.

problem : i cant set up my email.

from inbox, i pressed menu > Options > E-mail Setup

but nothing happens. it's like email setup is disabled or something.

any suggestions?

okay, pls countercheck settings and retry sending/retrieving MMS after turning it off/on. I've also had the same error "transfer failed"...i just tried opening the message.

for setting up your email...pls make sure of the following:

1. Email Account is active with in your ISP. (USERNAME/PASSWORD should be correct)

2. Account should support POP3 of IMAP4 (you may confirm w/ ISP).

some ISP doesnt support POP3/IMAP4 servicing for FREE email accounts like yahoo/hotmail.

3. Mail Servers should correct (you may confirm w/ ISP)

4. Network used should be Internet

5. Domain server sshould be defined if there is one (ISP)
