I assume SIM unlock, if so, that is the only method (SIMUnlock.exe isnt compatible with the latest version of the HTC bootloader), you have to downgrade the bootloader (that's not the OS as well), to a compatible vresion of the bootloader, then you can unlock with SIMunlock.exe.
