Norwegian software update for QTek 7070

Anyone know if/when norwegian software update is due for this phone ??

or where to look for it ?

I get a litle confused with all the SPV talking here..

Tried a SPV update once and learned that it is not my phone.

Someone talked about Qtek7070 was the same as SPVx phones but does'nt find anything here either.

now there is a new phone cald SPV E100 .. looks the same as QTek..

but looks can be deceiving

feel kinda lost here

maybe its becourse I'm norwegian :)
