Help! I can't install anything new to my phone anymore! =(

Hi!

I have a problem with my Qtek 7070.

I don't really know what has happened, but I can't install any programs any longer.

When I try to install an application from Active Sync, it says that everything works and that I shall check on my phone so that the steps of installing the software are followed.

On my phone it says that the cab-file is being downloaded and it has been successfully downloaded, but then the screen just goes back to my homescreen without any further messages or options.

Before when I wanted to install something, I got the message where you can choose if you want to install something to the phone or to the memorycard, but now, nothing!

I tried to uninstall imov Messenger and it worked. But when I wanted to install it back to the phone, I can't install it anymore!!!! I bought the program so I am so desperate! I really want my phone the way it was before this happened!

I don't know if it has something to do with that when I first tried to install th program, it said that there wasn't enough memory on my phone to complete the instalation, I got a message on the phone saying that I had to remove something to free up memory, and that the next time I started my phone and active sync, the program would install itself automatically.

But this doesn't happen and now I can't install anything new to my phone!!!!!

PLEASE if somebody can give me an advice on what to do!

How can I reset my phone to the state it was in when I got it from the box?

Then I could install everything from the beginning, I was hoping not having to do this, but if nothing else works, I'll just have to do it, but I don't know how to!

Check for an iMov folder in IPSMWindowsAppMgr and IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall

If you find any iMov folders remove them (don't touch the others), and try reinstalling again.
