Help Cant remove any Programs or Sync to Phone

Help Cant remove any Programs or Sync to Phone.

The last app I installed was Sunnyworld offline reader, which may have filled the phone. but I cant no connect to phone to manual de3lete anything and remove programs doesnt work either.

I've re-installed active sync 3.7 but no luck any suggestions

Where did you get the app from?

Did the install fail or can you use the app?

If it was a failed install and you have a file manager like Smart Explorer have a look in

IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall and delete what you find there.

As for Activsync take the phone out of the cradle ande go to FileDelete Partnership and remove your phone partnership, then when you

place the phone back in the cradle Activsync should try and make a new partnership.

looks usefull sync webpages for reading offline on SPV

it installed fine, but now everything messed up :)

Active sync has no partnership when I try get connected it says device not found.

Is it hard reset time ?

Ok Back to Activsync

Go to FileConnection Settings and check USB is checked, For some reason this becomes unchecked

once in a while with my Activsync, so it could be the same for you.

Thanks, i ended up doing hard reset and it connected straight away.

anyone, else having problems with sunnsoft offline reader.

maybe you could move this topic software ??

Not at the moment as it's possible that is was not the app that caused this.

but kep watching :)

It's also strange that I have never seen this app mentioned before.
