Un-Installing any program

How do you do this? :oops:

I cannot find any Un-install options.

I've got a program (PocketTV) installed on my fone (not Card) & would like to safely remove & then re-install onto Card.

Do I just browse the IPSM/Windows/AppMgr & delete directory?

Go to SettingsRemove Programs :)

Yeah if you do it that way ... you wont uninstall it properly!

The right way to do it:

Programs // Settings // More... // Remove Programs

Sometimes... for some weird reason, the Remove Programs list is empty. It's a known bug - which my phone is notorious for *sigh*!

If this happens, just install the program again, usually it prompts you, telling you it will remove the previous installed version first.

i can't seem to totally remove orneta notepad from my phone. i uninstalled it using the 'remove programs', however, it's still on the list of the 'remove programs'! but it isn't on the list of my programs anymore. i tried installing again, but it always says, 'orneta blaha blaha was not succesfully installed' or something like that. i want to install orneta notepad again on my phone! help please!

It sounds like the app is still in the registry, ok to do this you need a decerted phone and a

copy of the PHM regedit app found at www.monolithix.org

Once you have this then you need to go into the phone's registry using above app

and find the Orneta enteries.

They should be in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware try deleteing the Orneta entry

can anybody hlep me with my problem i install the pocketmusic in my sap and i unintentionally delete it manually not in the remove programs. i look at it in PHM Reg Editor HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software but i can't find it there. how can i uninstall and install the said application without doing the hard reset again. thnx
