Guest sebset Posted July 21, 2003 Report Posted July 21, 2003 :) The review is written in Chinese language but you can translate it with altavista. I think an English version will be soon online. Wow! http://www.threegmobile.net/chinese/index.html FYI: Mio 8380 is out in Hong Kong since July 17th.
Guest Gorskar Posted September 8, 2003 Report Posted September 8, 2003 I don't know if everyone has seen this or not but I saw the english review on threegmobile.net here. Its got a shedload of pictures, and makes lots of comparisons to the previous MS Smartphones.
Guest Greywolf_Ghost Posted September 8, 2003 Report Posted September 8, 2003 It says it can capture movies..... Camera Features - 110 thousands pixels camera, taking up to 240 x 320 pixels pictures - with photos frame, 2x digital zoom - unlimited movie clip with sound, MPEG4 format I have to think the quality would be jittery at best, but cool none the less!! Do any of the models out there also cap video?? If so anyone have a sample?

Also has settings for contrast and brightness and 50hz or 60hz flicker control settings. The digital zoom is ugly tho. I don't use it. just adds noise to the pics. Looking at the avi header for the video files from the phone it shows as DMK2 codec format not mpeg4 btw.
