How do i copy over from one sd card to another??

Hi,

Ive got a new mmc card and i want to change it for the one that came in the phone...i have currently installed the demo of all explorer tennis addict rebound, i.a album 1.6 and I chose to install all of them on the 8MB sd card that came with the phone.....

I want to change my 8MB one with a 64mb but im not sure how to do it...do i just copy the files from the 8mb to my pc then cut and paste them (literally)..onto the new mmc card?? or is there a special way of doing it?
