Guest hatton33 Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 May seem like a stupid question but you know if you 'upgraded' free to a Motorola C350, then sold it, keeping your spv. Would you be able to keep repeating this process over and over (in theory of course!)
Guest crimminsky Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 yes, but you'd be tied in to the contract for 12 months!
Guest hatton33 Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 rite but i have got a contract anyway. so i could just order that motorola phone as an upgrade, free, sell it and keep my spv. correct?
Guest tommo8845 Posted July 23, 2003 Report Posted July 23, 2003 The way it works is that each upgrade starts your contract again, if you wish to upgrade before the end of the contract normally you will have to pay a fee to get out of your pevious contract. Hence in reality you can only upgrade once every 12 months for free.
