n00b question about orange smartphone + gprs

The orange purchasing website doesn't tell much about the GPRS stuff and Internet prices;

(I looked here: http://www.smalltalk.co.uk/spv_e100.htm)

If I buy the basic £15 per month (I'm not really interested in voice calls), could I just then use MSN Messenger and the Internet off the phone? Is it pay per megabyte and if so, how much does that cost?

I'm looking around the main orange website but it doesn't seem to mention much about that
