Alarm?

I am having problems with the alarm that comes with the spv. i realise that it is not the best thing in the world after reading other posts, but the problem i have is that sometimes it does not sound, when i eventually wake up(!) i look at the phone and it has the alarm page there saying snooze/dismiss but it never actually sounded, at first i thought i may haver slept through it as it only goes off for a minute or so, but while being awake at the same time the alarm is supposed to go, on my days off (i work nights) it still doesn't sound. i have tried messing with the volume switch on the side of the phone, and also setting it to different times, but for some reason it won't work around the times i have to get up! i have also set it to go off a couple of minutes after setting it just to see if it does work, and it seems to have no problems there, is it me being a dumbass or is my phone messed up?

any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't know what you installed more on your phone but it can be that sometimes the programs installed mess up some other things in the phone.

What you can do is to remove these programs and see if it still does not ring. If it does not ring by then you can try a soft reset (on / off)

If this does not work try a hardreset not the best solution but it sets everything back to the out of box settings.

Make sure all your data is on the SD card and that you synced your phone with outlook to be sure that your contacts and appointments are in your pc so you don't lose them.
