HELP required from SMART or IMATE users

Please could someone who has a NON UK Smartphone, SMART or Imate or qtek etc phone, check the following for me (and for the faq more importantly)

Please reply with the make of phone and:

Boot phone holding record button.

When prompted to press any key to enter diag.. PRESS any key

Please tell me what number is listed as canary diag MV on the 3 color screen.

THEN:

Please reboot and boot again holding the record button again, this time when it says press any key etc, press and HOLD the action/joystick down and hold for 5 secs.

All being well you should see a grey screen.

Please tell me the version number on the top line, and what options are listed 1-8, they may all be blank apart from option 8

Lastly:

were you able to use simunlock without upgrading downgrading?
