Unlocking The SPV

Can anybody advise me how to unlock my SPV?

For a day I have been trying to use the advice provided on the Orange Group Developer site, and have just been advised by them that this doesn't work (I will not receive an unlocking message) as they don't support unlocking. Kind of weird when you consider that they have devoted a website to this.
