i did hard reset for nothing

hiiiii i dont know what to do i did tried every thing i make hard reset and much much moore but it keep givingthe same error which says(smartphone software update can not open the rom image file .download the right rom update) thanks for every body who triedto khelp me i am very gratefull to you . :oops: :roll:

got the same error when i update my spv... it took a while to have working but i manage to...

delete all files for upgrading.

download the upgraded version to your pc.

there should only be one copy of all the files in your pc.

then run upgrade ( as if its the first time ).

should you get the same error, just repeat the process ( i did that in 5x ).

other options is to run update on another pc..
