Upgrading Red-e SC1100 with 1055_Sharp.exe

Hi,

I have a Red-e SC 1100 that I received via Microsoft in the developer program. I still have the original software (Version 3.0 build 12312, radio 1.0.1031.0). I have extreme amount of problem with it, so I was happy to find and download the automatic update 1055_Sharp.exe from Everlink's ftp site. The instructions says: just press the Updated button, but it does not work at all.

I have the following messages:

Connecting Smartphone .. Done

Rebooting Smartphone ... Done (actually there is no reboot or any change in the phone itself)

Loading ...chain.lst ... Success

Eboot.bin

- Opening ... success

- Verifying checksum .. Success

- Checking ..

Then about half a minute silence, and a popu dialog that: Wait for response timeout!

That is all I was able to do. Is there any idea what can be wrong, how can I upgrade my phone.
