sms read text notification

i'd really really like the sms read text notification feature to be turned on all the time - why - because i am a control freak and i like to know when people are lying to me saying they didn't respond because they had 'no reception' - well anyway - it would just be nice to have

i think scrabble would be a good game to have on the smartphone too - simple yet effective

does anyone know if either of these features exist?
