Problems with unlocking using unlock spv

i've been trying to unlock my spv by using the unlock spv software, but when i run the program it stays at 0% and won't go further.

I think there are three things that you must remember to do

1. Use Windows 2000/XP

2. Remove SD card

3. On the PC, use Ctrl-Alt-Delete and goto Task Manager/Processes and end process WCESCOMM.EXE.

Also what SPV software are you using ?

I was trying to do it for hours, then i took the SD card out :opps:
