A couple of newbie questions (sorry)

Hi all. got a couple of q's that i dont seem to be able to quickly locate answers to.

1) I've got the "voicemail" symbol stuck on my phone even though i have no voicemails on my VM box, unread or otherwise. How can I get rid of it? Shall i just phone it and leave one?

2) My understanding of GPRS (and from the Orange webshite) is that it is always connected. Mine disconnects, even if i set idle timeout to none. Meaning i have to wait while it messes around "dialling". This is particularly annoying with signing into MSN.

3) Related to the above. Can i lock the keypad any other way (timeout?) than holding the red button (this disconnects the GPRS).

Thanks in advance :) :o

1) Leave yourself a message and delete it. Always wait till you hear the woman say you have deleted the message to prevent the problem.

2) It is not always on. You have to dial. and if u dont use it, it will disconnect after a certain time.

3) Tap the off button lightly and you can select keylock among other things.

Good luck
